Store Associate - New Haven, IN

We are looking for a result driven and customer enthusiast associate who loves fashion, visual displays, team building, and customer care. The Store Associate will be responsible for all store operations including but not limited to: inventory, store appearance, visual displays, local marketing initiatives, and sales performance. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and manage store effectively. Candidates with a background in retail merchandising will be the most equipped for success. Due to the size and growth of Lane 201 all employees are called on to do many tasks outside of their “job description and duties”. All candidates must be willing to perform tasks outside of their scope of day to day activities to ensure Lane 201’s future success.
